Add task button not launching task
Hey All,
I then log in as the admin application and make a demo interaction call and select a client. The details are displayed. I then click on the 'Add tasks' button at the left panel and the task gets listed. but when i select a task and click on add task, the task is not launched, please help me out on the same

yes, it does have the same functionality like the casysadmin default operator id, In the post activity of a button there is script "launchTasksSelected" but i dn't see it getting executed.

Hey Akshay,
I am using CS version 07.22. yes, its the same issue, Kindly let me know the resolution for this issue. The section which is metioned is the link is using queueIntentTask as the functions.

Hi Priyanka,
If the issue is same, you need to raise SR with GCS and then the team will share the fix with you.
