LAUNCH BUTTON ISSUE
Hi, I have made accessgroup for production, it is read only access group and for this access group I have created roles which is also readonly but the issue is when ever I am clicking on launch button from designer studio. It is not showing the portal name.can you please help me.

Hi NepalK,
Please note that the Available portals list in the access group plays a role in displaying the portals when clicked on "Launch".
For example, if I remove the pyCaseManager7 from the Available portal list (the image shown below), then CaseManager does not appear in the Launch menu for the operators using that Access group. I hope this helps.

I got little confused, like how access group is related to the portal name? Please provide more description if possible with screenshots?

Hi Asif,
See We have application rule then we have provide the different type of portal like user,developer ,after that we have to mention the roles rules.right.So we have roles i.e readonly access,So for production we have created a roles i.e dll:dllrogreadonly and there is two portal for this 1.case manger and other is something like abc,i dont know the proper name now.So now the issue is whenever we are clicking on lunch button from desinger studio with this access group.I am not bale to see anything of these portal name.so the issue with previliges or anyother issue,I am not sure.There i need help.how i can procced to fix the issue

It would be very helpful for us if you can also share with us with privileges applied. Also, are you able to reproduce this in lower environments at your end

Sorry Rachit,I cannot share the privileges because it will be against the project.It is failing in all environment.We are facing the issue after upgrade from 7.2 to 73..and moreover we have other access group all are working fine but for this readonly access group, we are facing issue.Can you please guide us how we can fix.
