How to launch a portal from a Button in Pega

I have a requirement like we need to configure a Portal which contain 2 buttons on click of both buttons 2 individual portals are to be launched.how can i achieve this functionality .I can load harness on button click but its causing issues like in the opened harness the work object is not getting displayed in middle of the screen but in the designer studio.

 

kindly help me in resolving this issue as its a critical requirement

Hi @PraveenP7456,

You could check how a Portal is launched from the developer studio and follow the same pattern.

On click of the button, perform actions:

1. Run activity pzPrepareAccessGroup

2. Run DT pzPreparePortalURL

3. Open URL in New Window and call activity RedirectAndRun. Pass in parameters ThreadName, Location and WindowName.
