Launch Pega Portal from API
Hi Team,
I have a requirement to launch the User portal from an API call from external system.
The API will be sending few details in the header (i.e Job ID) for which I need to launch the portal with the list of cases created for that particular Job ID.

@MuthukumaranPrabhaif I understood your question correctly then I think you want to create a service that can launch your user portal. what I would suggest is process the request create the case and additionally send the user portal url in the reponse. so that if the user click on the link in their system it will launch your user portal. you can try SnapStartURL or similarthing similar

Yes thats correct, Users will be authenticated in External system and if Authentication is successful we have to lauch the Pega portal. My doubt is can this be achieved using any Authentication Service or should we go with Custom Service Rules?
And also I am afraid we cannot send the link back to the user as you suggested.

@MuthukumaranPrabhaI think you will need to use custom authentication service(for authenticating) and Mashup - Display a UI page will fit with your requirement
