Launching an intent task from a button on a page
Hi Team,
We have a requirement to launch an intent task from a button on a page, where Class of IntentTask and Class of section where button is configured are not inherited in any fashion[either directly or pattern].
I am also not able to proceed with "Create Work" action present in action menu.

Hi Rakhesh,
Your exact requirement is available OOTB in CS application. When you launch demo pop interaction "Sara Connor", in the account tab of the composite shows account address. There is an Edit link which launches "Address change" intent task.
This link action tab has onClick event configured. Action is "CreateWork" which takes the intent task flow class & starter flow of that case type as parameters.
Note: You may have to check the checkbox "Skip create harness" in the starter flow of the case type for your requirement.

Hi, not sure if you still have an issue. OOTB UI actions create work would work as explained by "ayyab". Or... are you planning to launch intent without interaction context? if so... as long as your process is not expecting any paramters like account, contact it works.

as ayyab mentioned, its ootb feature available. you can check with the sample application given.
