Queue Intent task under Add Task button in 360 screen

Hi Team,
I have a requirement where a specific Intent task should be pre loaded[not auto launched] when Interaction 360 is loaded. When it is clicked, it should resume the flow? I have tried with suggesting and queuing options in the Intent task configuration, but these populate the Intent as Next best Action.

Please help me out

Hi Chaitanya,

It does work for me when I configured the Intent Task as Queue action. The task does appears a Queued Task.

Which version of Pega CS are you using?

Thanks for a quick reply. We are using CSHC 7.22 and Pega 7.2.2

Can you provide some screenshots of the configurations you made in the intent task?
