How to open intent tasks in Tabs in CPM 7 1 3

Hi All,

How to open intent tasks in tabs in CPM 7 1 3 on top of PRPC 7 1 8?

I tried different approach(using dynamic container, but the work object not opening in tab but replacing the perform harness), but not able to find a proper implementation

The required screen should be like below.

Susan,

I have a clarification.

When we tried to implement tabbed feature in CPM, we found that some of the rules related to tabbed layout which are existing in earlier versions are deprecated.

Also. there is no reference about this in implementation guide.

Is it a defect from Pega side which can be resolve by above hot fix ?

Can you please help us to understand the real  facts behind this?

Hi Denny,

Can you provide more detailed information on how to implement tabbed feature in CPM?

Which rules related to tabbed layout are deprecated?

If these rules are existing in earlier versions and now they are deprecated in CPM 7.1.3,

there must be new rules which are used for tabbed layout.

can you please test the feature by laoging in as casysadmin / install and create a sample interation and launch intents.

By default the intents should open in tabs, no customization required (in CPM interaction Portal)

Hi,

We are having below screen as interaction driver home page with a tab 'Provider'.

When opening the intent task, it is opening in the existing space and 'Provider' tab displaying below it.

I have tried using dynamic container ,but still the intent tasks are not opening in new tab.It is replacing existing space.
