CPM 731 Does it support tab layout for intents
We have a requirement to open an intent in a new tab. This intent (Switch account)allows us to search for a new account similar to the one thats used to create the intent case. We are using the CPM Interaction Portal.
I have seen some discussions around it
When we switch account, the intent goes in the background. Our requirement is to have the original interaction and the intent ( another account) show up in a tab so that CSR's can switch between them.
Please let us know if this can be achieved OOTB.

Can you provide some screenshots that show what you are doing, and what the result of what you are doing is? Also indicate in the screenshot how you would prefer things to behave.
You might be able to do what you want, but perhaps not in the way you think it should be done.
