Opening intent tasks in Tabs in CPM

i want to open s-case in same i-case tab when i click "add task". i don't want to create duplicate tab please help me out.

Hi Charan,

If you look at Interaction portal in Pega 7.2.2, on click of "Add Task" the task opens in the same tab.

Add Task calls -> "launchTaskSelected" function which is defined in pega_cpm_IP_EventManager js file.

Hi Charan, this is the expected behavior. On click of Add Task, the application simply invokes the Create New Work API, which creates a new work object.
