Pega NLP-Chatbot Text analysis issue

Hi Team,

I am doing POC-related AI chatbot,to trigger the case type I gave "Award balance"  in Approximate match under the text analysis category. But if I give other words like 'hi' that also triggers my case type. I unchecked 'Enable small talk' also. I have one case type only. I have no idea how this happens. Does anyone have any idea?
