Pega NLP - Text Analysis- Classification analysis
Apart from below taxonomy, I want to create brand new taxonomy for my application. How to achieve this? Do I need to create the CSV manually? Is there any ready to use taxonomy? Is there any tool or system available online to generate these CSV?

Is there any way to build taxonomy instead of creating the csv manually? Seems like its very tedious to categorize data manually.

Copying his answer here for reference:
Yes, we will be coming up with the user interface to manage the taxonomy as part of the decision analytics center in the coming releases. We also do understand the need for a semi-supervised interface to automatically build the taxonomy from customer data. The Taxonomy management capability in Decision analytics platform will include these features and other capabilities which make the taxonomy management experience complete. In the mean time, be rest assured your current efforts with excel will be fully compatible with the upcoming versions as well.
Additionally: Alternate way to build taxonomy is using model based approach, if the keyword approach does not scale.
Model based classification using newly launched Decision analytics portal is the other approach you can try.
