Text Analytics - Text Classification - Need to create model then update to see option to enable feedback

Issue:
The option "Do you want to add feedback?" only appears after model is updated not when it being created for the first time.
- When you run the model creation wizard to create the model this option does not appear.
- When you run the model again to update it, the option does appear.
- This was replicated with the telecom_taxonomy and sample classification data for that taxonomy.
Related issue: No training records available in the Training data tab of the Email interface channel.

Hello,
Feedback data can only be attached on update. Excel data can be added for new models. However, in email channel use-case, it is recommended to start with keywords. If the topic and the corresponding case suggested is incorrect, then any correction in the tab will start showing in the training data tab.
