Text analytics models / iNLP: Training Email Subjects
Hi everyone,
how am I able to train the model so that it pays attention to both the email body and the subject? Unfortunately, I haven't found anything on this. And no, I am not meaning the options with the checkboxes.
I am meaning, how to fill the NLP-Text training data.
Now in the csv, I am only adding the E-Mail-Body to the first column and mapping this to a action > topic in the second column.

@TahaYalcin if you are using Email channel (and it looks like you are), when you choose combination of 'Enable subject analysis' and 'Enable training' configurations in channel, as soon as the agent creates a Service case or replies to an email, feedback record is generated which sits in 'Training data' tab of email channel. You can then add entity and topic feedback to both subject and body combined.
If you are uploading CSV directly via prediction studio, you can add Email subject as the first line of email body and provide that as the text in CSV.
