Collecting feedback for text extraction models

Hi,

Did anyone tried collecting the feedback for text extraction models. 

If user wants to update the extraction on the screen to collect the feedback on the model.

I see there is some option to send with tags, which would be possible as user may not have knowledge to build those tag.

Is any OOTB or link from model to collect those feedback to train the model again.

Thanks Mitra, i have gone through earlier and its not easy way to collect the feedback. As it need user to from a tag and give a feedback. Its any other way to collect the feedback on the model?
