Entity Model PDF extraction

How to create and train Text extraction Model to extract data from PDF , for example in below screen i need to extract the SSN.

I am using email channel with Analyze attachment configured , even though OOTB pySSN entity model is being used it is not extracting the SSN in the PDF .

Pega version : 7.4

Hi, 

May I know how are you extracting the text is it through the is it through text analyzer only or are you using OCR for this capabilities can you share screenshots so that we can have look at it...
