Integration with MS Teams
Is there a way to integrate with MS Team so that we can call from user portals.

Hello @Gunasekaran_Baskaran @sathishn1707 , connecting to Microsoft Teams for engagement is available through Digital Messaging Service by using the Client Channel API. This requires enabling Digital Messaging Service in your environment. You can reach out to your Pega Account team contacts to discuss qualification and provisioning. @sathishn1707 All existing OOTB functionality is documented in Configuring on-premises or internal access only environments for Digital Messaging access
As per other forum posts you can find under the 'Related content' suggestions, there are no OOTB features available to integrate Pega with Microsoft Teams as of now.
This has been logged as a product enhancement.

Please check the below mentioned link, in the article we are having list of API's avail to integrate with teams.
I am thinking from user portal directly making a call is not possible, but I may be wrong. Go-through the article once completely to get more API's information.
