Notification in PEGA via MS Teams and Skype

Hi,
Does PEGA have any way to notify customers (e.g. about new tasks or change status) using MS Teams or Skype?
Do you have any documents (doc, ppt, pdf) about the additional ways of notification (exclude Email) that we can provide to our client?

Hi,

You can use SendNotification shape to send notifications to customer. The recipients of this notification are, all the followers(case parties) of the case on which the new post/reply is made. 

Use 'PushNotification' shape to send notifications if mobile app is used.
