ToSkilledWorkBasket Routing
I have tried to configure an assignment to route to a skill based work basket, however the skills are never getting added to the assignment. I traced the ToSkilledWorkBasket activity, and at runtime, the UseSkills parameter is empty. Has anyone successfully implemented this with the out of box router? Below is a screenshot of my configuration.

Hi Jerome,
ToSkilledWorkbasket is mainly used for OOTB Get Next Work (GNW).
This type of routing basically associates the given skills to current assignment and if proper settings are enabled Get Next Work will fetch the proper assignment from this work basket based on skill set of current operator.

Have you seen ToSkilledWorkBasket correctly associate the required skill with the assignment in 7.2? In order for GNW to work correctly with the skill/workbasket, the skill that is defined on the assignment needs to get mapped to .pxSkillsRequired, and nothing that I have tried so far has appended to that property list. I am assuming that Param.UsesSkills is supposed to ultimately add to that list, however the parameter is always empty upon entry into the ToSkilledWorkBasket activity.

Did you manage to get this working please. if so What did you do ?
I am facing the same issue, that value in param.UsesSkills is not getting added to .pxRequiredSkills.

I did not get this working via the router. Instead, I've added some logic to add the skill the Assign-.NewDefaults activity to call call AddSkill.
