SAE 1 - Candidate case - Decision Stage
Hi All,
In the candidate case Decision stage the Background check step is made Start Upon Stage Entry. Due to this the case ends at that step. But if i remove the Start Upon Stage Entry for Backgroud check step then the case flows smooth till the end. I want to exactly whats happening in the first senario i.e if backgroud check is made Start Upon Stage Entry.

Hi,
this is because the decision rule used in the flow doesn't exist yet.
You need to make sure you do Assess Candidate first then it will be ok.
The problm will solve itself as soon as the decision tree is created and referenced form the flow.
