SAE Part1 Candidate selection exercise
Hi,
When I am running the Candidate case, I am not able to proceed to 'OFFER' step from 'DECISION' step.
Can you please help me out where I am going wrong?
Kindly let me know what details I should provide for investigation.

For the query posted, I understand that it is as per the use case that deals with creation of HR Services application to recruit a new candidate. From the provided screenshot, I see that 2 links are shown for Decision stage. Complete stages being Collect Information, Qualify, Interview, Decision, Offer and Wrap up. As per the stages, once you approve a candidate, then perfom background verification, the offer(next stage) will be reached.
You can also verify the expected behavior of the exercise by writing to [email protected].

Collect Information, Qualify, Interview, Decision, Offer and Wrap up.

As per the provided SAEI_71ML_6_ExerciseGuide_2141218.pdf, 'Create the HR Services Application' exercise talks about creating a new application. This will not have involve executing the case.
Since you have created 6 stages: Collect Information, Qualify, Interview, Decision, Offer and Wrap up, could you highlight me the page number and step referred. This is to identify if you have created steps to these stages, configured assignment with process, etc.. Also, are the stages in following order:
Stages should now be in the order: Collect Information, Qualify, Interview, Decision, Offer and Wrap Up. Refer the screenshot on page number-15, step-10.

Hi Pooja,
I am experiencing the same problem as you. I have figured out a workaround, but am still curious why it is not working. Here is the workaround. When you are testing the flow, when you get to "Background Check" don't click "No thanks, maybe later" but instead, go below and click the blue hyperlink that says "Approve" (see attached screenshot). You will now be able to go through the Assess Candidate step, after you complete it, it will then go to Background Check where you will be able to complete and continue to the end of the flow.
Can someone please explain why if you complete Background Check step first it gets stuck? But if you complete Assess Candidate step first, it works?
