Candidate case - SAE 1 Course
Hi All,
I know about SLA and Deadlines and we have to configure such things. But what is the time that is assigned to us when we run a new case.
I have attached the photo in which the part i have highlighted with the red rectangle.

Hi Dinesh,
Those are goal and deadline time intervals of that particular case.
2 days, 3 hours from now indicates goal interval to work on that case. To investigate further, open SLA rule mentioned in that case and check the difference between pxcreatedatetime of that case and the goal time interval.

2 days, 3 hours from now indicates goal interval to work on that case.
7 days from now indicates deadline for the case.
