Create a 'Candidate case'

I'm trying the first exercise: 

"From the HR Recruiter’s Case Manager portal, try the following: 

  • Create a “Candidate” case. "        But at "Enter personal information ->Position applied for" the DropDownList is not active, I can't choose anything.

You are referring to the HR application which is not included in the image for the User Interface Specialist course, therefore I believe you are not running the correct image. Please download the correct image from the Downloading the Exercises Section.
