create a candidate case 'Position Applied' field dropdown is not working

I have done as per solution provided but when i am  trying to create a candidate case but there are some issue with 'Position Applied' field.

'Position Applied' For field doesn't show dropdown values. Can you please help to resolve this issue?

Note : This issue is also present in SAE II 7.1
