First one is Goal and second one is deadline SLA's.

I have set the Case level Goal to be 5 days and the Deadline to be 8 days, So the number of days in the image one is 2 which does not match with the number i have set. So its different and I want to know the difference.

Can you check the SLA set at assignment level? Incase if set, please remove the SLA and run the use-case then you can find the difference.

The assignment level SLA will be applicable only for the operator of that assignment to perform work within the mentioned time period. But this is common for the entire case level. This is not the Case level SLA either because case level SLA will appear appears the bottom as shown in pega1.jpg image. But i want to know what is the time interval mentioned in pega.jpg.

I tried the same at my end too.

My Goal is 5 days and deadline 8 days.

Below is my SLA rule.

When I created a new case, I see it correclty reflected as below.

What you see below the pylabel with a green background is the goal and the one under case contents is the deadline.

I have tried this usecase in Pega 7.1.7. Could you let me know the pega version used at your end?

P.S : I have attached a document with the screenshots of my SLA, Flow and case for your reference.

The time interval mentioned in pega.jpg is the goal time specified in the SLA configured at assignment level.

Please cross verify your goal time specified at your assignment level SLA.
