Alternate stage to Primary stage transition is possible in Case life cycle?
I came from primary path 2nd stage 3rd step to alternate stage, can I go back to primary stage same step or next step previously where I was before going to alternate stage?

You can try using the Change stage utility to transition from Alternate stage to Primary stage in the Case life cycle. But it will start from the first step of the stage which you have mentioned in the Change stage.

I have found one OOTB activity GoToPreviousTask, This activity takes TaskName as parameter, so, by specifying Task Name, can we go back to particular task which is in primary stage and it has a entry point enabled?

Try giving the FlowName parameter as the primary stage flow name, task name as the assignment you want redirect to and try once. Thanks.

You can use setTicket activity from the alternate stage and pass the ticket as a parameter, which is set on the assignment where you want to go.
