Designing a case life cycle

Hi Team,

In spite of completing the "  Designing a case life cycle" pega instance for this challenge, i am getting the error as " Challenge Incomplete"

I have  reset the pega Instance couple of times and re completed the instance, but not getting through.

Please assist
