to be sure, follow this procedure

•             Log out of all pega sessions
•             Close all browser tabs
•             Clear complete browser cache
•             Restart browser and retry 
•             If issue persist try incognito mode
•             If issue persist try a different browser

If you still get this error please contact [email protected] , including screenshots of your attempts to execute previous steps. Using the Windows tool “Screen Recorder” might help.
