MANAGING CASE LIFE CYCLE EXCEPTIONS - Exercise: Controlling stage transitions using the Approve/Reject step
I am taking the SYSTEM ARCHITECT ESSENTIALS course and in the Exercise: Controlling stage transitions using the Approve/Reject step it says - Flow tab of the contextual property panel, confirm the option for If APPROVED then is set to Continue - (Pic attached).
On the Cloud Exercise Instance that I have, I navigate there (pic attached) but I do not have the 'FLOW' displayed between the General AND Goal & deadline TABS as shown in the Exercise Guide (pg 56 of System_Architect_Essentials_72_Exercise_Guide_032117).
What do I need to do to have the FLOW tab enabled/visible?

You need to use the Approve/Reject step, not the Collect Information step.
Notice the difference in the icons for each step. The Collect Information step is a clipboard on a green background, the Approve/Reject step is a check mark on a blue background.
