Adding New stages to case

hi,

Our application is in production and as part of new development , we have added lot of new stages to the case. now how this will impact the open cases in production.

after we migrate the new code to production , how the in-progress cases will behave. we are in 7.2.2.

any ideas on this please.

Hi Veera,

Are you sure that there are no changes made to the existing stages and flows? I did a quick test at my end. With the addition of new stages, I could not see an impact on the existing cases. However, any modifications to the existing flows/stages, would have.

However, we recommend you to test in your lower environment with dummy old cases, before you migrate to production.

Thnks for the reply. I have modified both the case structure and the flows as well... existing flows are heavily modified and new sub flows were added.
