Is there a way to detect the previous status (pyStatusWork) of a case type inside an activity?

Hello DhanranitharanR, it didn't work as its vlaue similar to pyStatusWork in my case

Yes PyStatusWorkOld won't works all the time. You need to Create your own property and maintain it.

Yes, pyStatusWorkOld could be useful, also refer trigger Work-.StatusElapsedCalculation ...
