Case status
I have a requirement as follows:
I have Parent CASE A and child case B, when the child case is open and I open the parent case the status should be Open-Treatment. How do I acomplish this.
Please help

When we are trying to update the parent case from child case it might fail if the parent is locked by some other user. To get rid of this situation we should lock the parent case when opening the child case(by unchecking Do not lock the parent case when the child case is opened checkbox at child case level). Adverse impact of this would be different operator would not be able to open different child case of the same parent at same time.
