Hi ,

I have to implement old case status when the sla expires.Example if the case is pended at status "New" then status will change to "Pend" and when sla expires case should have status as "new" again .I tried using pystatusworkold but we know that both pystatuswork and pystatusworkold have same value so it wont work.
