Case status update

Hey,

i am facing an issue : The issue is whenever i am picking a case from a workbasket the Case status is not getting updated
Example: My case status is pending-Review in the Workbasket, when I pick it up from the workbasket the status
should be Open.

The page is not getting refreshed. Kindly help me out.

hey SwarnenduM,

I had added the status in the flow action preactivity still it is not picking it. As per my knowledge get next work are for manual assignment management. Can you please elalaborate as to how i can be using it to refresh the status from old to new
