How to update parent case's status after sub case's status gets changed
I have a requirement where parent case should get into 'Resolved-Rejected' status when its subcase gets 'Resolved-Rejected' and Resolved-Completed when sub case gets 'Resolved-Completed'. As AllCoveredResolved ticket cannot be used in this scenario, can i use 'Update a Case' smart shape in sub case to update parent case status ?
What is the best approach??
