Case Management - Parent & Sub Case

Can we have Parent Case created in framework layer but have Sub cases in implementation layer?

 

 

We would like to have sub cases created in 2 different implementation layer but added under same master case which is in framework layer

Hi Lokesh,

You need to first ensure that the implemenation layer rulesets are added to your framework layer ruleset.

Once thats done, you can add the implentation class as a coverable worktype in parent class's case type rule.

ex:

On running the flow, you will be able to create a subcase from the the implemetation layer.
