How to resolve all sub cases when parent case is resolved
Hi,
I am looking for a way to resolve all sub cases automatically when parent case is resolved. Is there any configurations or do we have to manually build an activity? This requirement must be very common and generic but I am unable to find a way to do it easily. Any activity?
I am not sure if this makes any difference but just FYI - in our application we are covering the same class work type.

You can use OOTB RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY WORK-pxForceCaseClose activity which has CloseAllSubCases boolean parameter. This activity can close the case and its sub cases forcibly, hope this might help you in achieving your requirement.

When I try to use pyResolveAndCloseCase flow action (to resolve parent case & all subcases) that calls pxForceCaseClose with CloseAllSubCases selected I get the error "Save, Delete or Commit has failed because <pzInsKey of WorkObject> is not held".
Is there a way to really force subcases to be resolved without causing any errors? The one that I think causes the problem waits in a wait shape for another subase to be resolved first.
