Wait shape in Parent case not Resolving the parent case when child case resolve

I have created a case dependency Wait shape in Parent case that when the sub case is Resolved-Completed the Parent case will proceed to Resolve. But when I am resolving the sub case the parent case is not resolved. I am using version 7.1.9

Hi Amittutun,

Can you check in wait shape config whether u have selected wait for (all or any) option.if multiple subcases are getting created and u select (all) then all the subcases should be resolved for parent to proceed.Also please check the scope.

Hi ,

The above logic can be achieved in two ways,

- By using AllCoveredResolved ticket

- By using Wait shape with ALL / ANY as 'Wait for' option

Parent case class under 'Cases of type' and Scope mention 'TopCase'
