Able to resolve parent without resolving child cases
Hi,
Iam able to resolve parent case before resolving the childcases.Is there any setting i need to do to restrict it?

Hello,
Yes of course you can do that. But you can also check if child has been resolved first with a WHEN rule such as the one called "AllCoveredResolved"

There is no restriction in Case management that you cannot close Parent case before all children cases are completed. It has to be configured as per business need. If you require it, there are multiple ways to achieve it based on need. As an example you can use Wait shape to wait for all children to be completed before you finally close parent case.
