How to Resolve Parent Case automatically if all child cases gets resolved
I have Parent Case (DIS-) and Child Cases (EE-), (NP-). If I resolved all the Child Cases( EE- & NP-), then my Parent Case(DIS) should automatically Resolve. Using Pega 8.1.1 version. Please suggest an approach.

Hi Govind,
The clipboard page pyworkpage has pxCoverInsKey which is used on a child case to identify the parent. This is the parent (WorkObject) key.
You can make use of this key as well to set the status to resolved-complete.

Your parent case can wait on an assignment and have a "AllCoveredResolved" ticket on shape that moves the flow forward, or end shape. Each time a child case is resolved, it calls the "Resolve" OOTB activity which checks if the current case has a parent case, if so, it decrements the pxCoveredCount value. If this value becomes 0, the AllCoveredResolved ticket is automatically raised, and your parent case will continue its flow.
May need to double check the 8.1.1 version in case things have changed since 7 - take a peek at the Work-.Resolve activity to verify this behavior

You can check the status of child case using the pagelist pxCoverInsKeys. Once the the status becomes resolved, you can do pxForceCaseClose in parents case,
