Marketing Upgrade Components

Our application is getting upgraded from Pega 7.1.6 (with NBAA and NBAM 7.11) to Pega 7.4 with its relevant framework versions.

Please confirm if the following list looks good for requesting media files or anything else is needed.

  • Pega Platform 7.4
  • Marketing 7.4
  • Customer Service 7.4

Hi,

Please read below instruction before upgrading 

https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-marketing-74-upgrade-guide

You can upgrade the platform, but be careful on framework upgrades.

So you would need to check older version of NBAM/Marketing guide archives:

https://community.pega.com/products/pega-marketing-archive
