Pega Marketing upgrade from 7.22 to 7.4

We're considering upgrading our Pega Marketing application from 7.22 to 7.4. I'd like to check how the existing campaigns will be affected. Can they migrated to the new version with ease, or do we have to reconfigure them?

Hi, 

There will not be affect to campaigns after updgrde. Running the Upgrade activity updates your existing campaign runs and segments to work with Pega Marketing 7.4. you can refer pega marketing upgrade guide for more information
