Upgrade Pega Marketing from 7.22 to 8.5
Hello,
We have a plan to upgrade pega from 7.3 to 8.5 and pega marketing from 7.22 to 8.5.
Currently we have designed different batch campaigns (DB/File template based), real-time campaigns that run in current production environment.
We recently came to know that there will be NO campaigns supported from 8.5 onwards. Is this true? If so, how can we migrate/re-build the existing campaigns in 8.5?

This is a little bit of a misunderstanding. In 8.5, new installations turn off campaigns to encourage new customers to use our opinionated NBA Designer based outbound capabilities that focus on 1:1 outbound engagement over creating many individual campaigns. Having said that, anyone upgrading will continue to have access to campaign functionality into the future. While upgrading customers can continue to use Campaign functionality in this way, we would encourage customers to consider using NBA Designer based outbound schedules for their outbound engagement needs to gain from all the best-practices that are built in for you.
