javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException on testing Email account connection -v7.3
Hi Team,
I have configured a default email account and selected GMAIL as provider and provided with Sender details incl. password for the Sender and clicked on "Test connection". I'm getting the below error. I've provided the correct password, I've cross verified it multiple times. (Note: I have already setAllow less secure apps to ON). Without providing password, connection is getting successful because authentication is not happening. In order to send Emails from Pega, does it require sender's password? If Yes, what's the reason for authentication failure? Attaching config and test snapshots.

Issue is resolved by creating a new Email account rule with the same gmail account configured.

Hi Vamsi,
Sender password is required to send email.
Can you try with Port 465.
If it still fails please try with some other gmail account.

I've checked SMTPS checkbox and changed the port to 465. Still the same Error. Even I've tried with other Gmail accounts. Still I'm getting the same error.
