How to assign my worklist case to another user Id by using reassign Button
Hi guys ,
As per requirement, my worklist case i need to assign another user id .
so, i need to create a table and get all operator id in one table.
if we select one operator and submit it. In submit button i called "pxTransferAssignment" OOTB Activity. But it's not working.
please help me.

@kirti Please make sure you passing the required parameters correctly.
1.AssignmentID - pzInsKey of the Assignment To be Transferred
2.DestinationType - Type of destination Worklist (Operator Id) or Workbasket
3.DestinationName - Name of the destination Worklist(Operator Id) or Workbasket (Name of workbasket)
