Bulk Reassign different assignments to same user

Hi All,

I have a requirement wherein I need to bulk process different assignments(assigned to different operators) and reassign them to same operator through bulk reassign.

Could anyone help me here?

Hello,

I guess you should try to create a custom activity. First select all the assignments to be processed and put them into a list with their key.

Then process the bulk reassign copying the OOTB reassign configuration.

Thanks for your reply. But I need to process different assignments and then assign them to same operator.

I believe Bulk reassign functionality takes into account one assignment at a time and creates a new newassign page for the same . Therefore , I need to know if the requirement which i am seeking is feasible? If yes , then please let me know how.
