Hello everyone! I have a requirement where I have to reassign the case to another user. 1) Say product user create case.he is the owner of the case and perfom actions . On UI have a reassign button on click of it, the product user gives input of another product user for property reassign case to and submit (should be able to reassign his own case to another product user) 2) Once product user submits the case ,say it comes to manager workbasket. One manager takes up the case and performs task actions or else the same here he should aslo be able to reassign his case to another manager whichon UI had reassign button on click he gives as an input to property reassign case to and on click of the submit button( should be able to reassign his own case to another manager). Any suggestions to do the above tasks can be appreciatable. Thanks in advance.
