Case is reassigning to work Basket
Hi ,
Our case is getting reassigned to work basket again , after it processed by the bots.
Steps:
1 . Case is created by File Listner.
2. After creation cases is assigned to WorkBasket.
3. Bot Process the case and value is being Updated in Properties.
4. Case is reassigned to Work Basket again.
5. Checked Audit (

Have you traced the various pieces of your process there? Presumably that should give you some insight into where/why any reassignment is taking place.

Hi abinaye,
Please run remote tracer for Requestor id of BOT. This issue occurs when there is any error (Property type validation or etc) while setting value to case by BOT. Are you processing any activity after Robotic assignment . If yes please remove it ant try.

Hi ,
thanks for the reply.After the robotic assignment we have few decisioning and Email sending steps to be performed.But the case is struck and it didnot process.We have checked the automation values that are returned,they seem to be correct .the robotactivity that was called in the robot shape has also come out with completed status. We checked the config logs of automation side.they are too fine.but in the case side.this is the exact error message on the audit
Reassigned assignment 'complete task' back to Conflicting robotic automation due to validation failures after automation run.
Can you let me know if i should check the pega case manager side or the automation side
