work baskets

can any one help me in the below scenario.

I have access to the "n" Number of workbaskets. But i want to pick the work from only particular two workbaskets. can we do this? how?

Hi Parusharam,

If you are looking to configure specific workbaskets to be picked by getnextwork functionality then you can open the Operator > Work tab > Workbaskets can be added in Routing section.

If you configure your required workbaskets in Operator Routing section then GetNextWork will use this configured workbaskets and ignore other workbaskets while routing the work.

Could you try this and let me know if it resolved your issue.
