Work basket not displayed in case manager's work basket place holder
Customized work baskets are not populating in case manager's work basket place holder.
For eg: I have created a workbasket WB1 and associated it to workgroup WG1.
If I add WG1 as workgroup in the Operator ID's work tab details, the desired work basket WB1 is not displaying in the corresponding place holder.
Is there something like case manager portal would display only default workgroup items? If so, pls suggest how to display customized workbasket associated to non default work group in the case manager portal.

Below is the logic followed by Case manager portal to get list of work baskets.
1) It gets the workbasket mapped to the default Work group.
2) Also it gets the workbaskets mapped to all the work groups where your operator is in the list of Authorized managers (work group rule form).
If these two conditions are not satisfying your business requirements then you can override the report definition : pyWorkBasketsInMyWorkGroupForWidget.
