Issue with Work Basket
I have added a role (Manager) to Work basket to restrict certain users from accessing the Workbasket.
I created a user X with Access group abc ( without the role 'Manager'), and user was able to see that Work Basket in his work queue and was able to access the claims available under that.
Our understanding was that the role was supposed to be added to the workbaskets to prevent users without that specific role (In their Access group ) from accessing the workbaskets
Did anyone face this issue before or knows how to rectify this?

according to me you are having a workinBasket which should be accessible to prticular users with a particular role?

Yes you are right.
But even after adding the role, access was not restricted, because the WorkBasket is referring to the Work Group added to that operator id. Due to this it is taking the WorkBaskets from that work group reference and not checking for the role.
